Anyone ever rented Windsor Hills town home #70212

I was wondering if anyone ever rented/ stayed at Windsor Hills townhouse listing #70312 on vrbo.com. Owner is Thomas Marzilli. Just interested in any input anyone would be able to give on this rental...His price seemed really low compared to other town homes. .condos were inline with his pricing though.. I am going during high season as we'll

No, never stayed in a townhome there but have stayed at a 3 bedroom condo. We loved the resort. Nice gated community. No problem getting to and from the parks. Loved the pool.
