supposedly better than Yankee? DW heard it from a friend last night..can only order online I think...
any opinions??
I don't think they could be better than my Yankee's..:o

Heard of them and gone to several websites that sell them, but haven't "bitten" yet and tried them. I've also been told they are up there with Yankee as far as scent goes.

Different websites have different pricing also. Gold Canyon Candles of AZ are pretty close to Yankee too, not quite as fancy a jar....but priced well and if you order from their website, the shipping is included in the cost of the candle.

I'm a Yankee person though, I like them the best.

you can buy them in the stores here maybe its just a local thing ( I think theyre made in Salt Lake city?)

Ive tried them and frankly they give me a headache the scent is too strong
just MHO

I have never heard of this website, so can't help you there.

But, I just bought a candle made from soy at a hallmark store here. Wow, what a clean burning candle compared to the rregular wax candles that I have!

Really expensive tho, $5. half off, burns 24 hrs.

They're made here in Mn in Mpls. Beans Wax Candle Co.

Don't know if they have a website.

Herc.:)

I'm too picky with the scents - it would be impossible for me to order without knowing exactly what I was getting. It took me almost 30 minutes yesterday to find 2 scents I could live with!

Speaking of scents: I whiffed Yankees new blueberry muffin yesterday, ohhhhh, I like it. Also I think it was called lemongrass orange....liked that one too.

I think with ordering, if you go with the scents you like, they are pretty much the same with each company, just a little variation as to how strongly scented they are. That is just my finding.

Gold Canyon has a vanilla cookie that is just as good as Yankees same scent.

I'm like you, I go into the store, and make this big production over picking out a simple candle....gotta sniff em all first, and then still go back usually to my old favorites. Its fun though.

My MIL gave me a sampler pack one Christmas and ever since then I'm hooked! I got Baked Apple, Welcome Home, Home Sweet Home, and Sugar Cookie. Baked Apple soon became my favorite and I ordered a jar candle. They are a bit overwelming in the jar size, good for a big room, but the little samplers are just right. (20 hour votive) Welcome Home is good too, kind of mulberry spice and pine. Home Sweet Home smells like spiced cherries to me. Sugar Cookie is better from YC. I still love my YCs. I have never smelled the fruts or flowers from SCCC, but the spicy ones are great. I burned Baked Apple all last winter. Now I'm burning YC Mackintosh in the summer. Any questions? I get them through a woman near my house, she sells them like Avon or Longaberger, no store, just a catalog and samples.
