morose is giving me some points for a stay before they lose them but is having issues. She said at first she would put my info in and nothing comes up, then today she said actually got my wife and our friends info in, the points deducted and gave her a congrats page, but when she looks up the reservation, it's not there and the points do not appear to be have been used
