Anyone ever have Disney not have your info at checkin?

Has anyone ever went to check into their resort and Disney not have your information in the system?

If so, did you have your confirmation #? If you didn't what happened?

I always try to have printouts in triplicate just in case.
 
never!

but I am like you bring the reservation confirmation just in case.

sometimes it helps - have a very, very common name. so they could have 2 guest (or more) with the same name.
 
Yes there were some reports here recently where the CM couldn't find the reservation in the system. This was around the time of their recent enhancement. They eventually found the reservations.

Yes, when we went in September they weren't able to find us (at first). Having the reservation number didn't help as I guess the hotel doesn't use the reservation number that you book your room/package through. But they did find it finally under a gross misspelling of my last name (not sure how they even got that cause I booked it online and certainly spelled my name right). I had a moment of panic but was able to settle myself down... and then all was fixed.
 

Yes, it happened to us during our first trip this past summer. We had a few trips in a row where there was some sort of problem at check in such as not having pets listed, wrong type of site, etc so this was par for the course for us at that time. It has started to become a joke with us but you do want to cry when they tell you they can't find your ressie. We had our ressie number and they were able to get us a place. They told us that they usually keep a few spot in reserve for situations just like that. Of course, this is at FW but I would assume that the hotels do something along those lines also.
 
Yes, on our Nov/Dec 06 trip. I had booked two rooms one for myself and my kids and one for my mother with my aunt and uncle.
On the confirmations I saw and printed off the internet plus the ones they sent to my home mutliple times, all the info was correct.
When we showed up at the AKL they couldn't find our ressie. After about 30mins in the back office with a manager they found my ressie but all of the info was wrong. It showed I lived somewhere in Georgia!!!(I live in Canada) The only info that was correct was our confirmation #'s. They worked it out and upgraded our rooms but I was nervous for a while because I had great AP rates for our trip.
So I print everything and bring all my info not just confirmation #'s for flights, hotels, car rentals, tickets.
