Hello all.
Just got back from the world, had a great time but did have a problem with the hotel rooms at a couple resorts.
Just looking to hear from other people who have had problems with their rooms, what were the problems and what did Disney do for you? Thanks!

It was obvious that these carpets would not be dry anytime soon. They actually squooshed when you walked across the room. We called the concierge and voiced our complaints and asked to be moved to another resort. She told us she would see what she could do. We changed our clothes and headed down to the concierge desk. We really didn't think they would have much to offer us, considering the rate we were paying. When we got down there, she offered us the Contemporary, Yacht & Beach Club, Boardwalk, & Wilderness Lodge. We chose the Yacht Club and packed our bags. A Polynesian bell hop drove us the Yacht Club in a van and escorted us to the Concierge desk. We were very pleased. We thought for sure they would stick us in a standard room.
