Anyone ever go to Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos

Anyone ever visit the Beaches resort in Turks and Caicos?

If so, is it as beautiful as the brochure?

How are the kids clubs?

Is it worth the money?

Am thinking about this as a vacation and would like any info you can share at all.

We loved it...went with 50 adults from DH's work. Kids activities looked wonderful.
Lots of restauarants and the food was fantastic...you can eat japanese where they cook your food at the table, italian, french, seafood right on the beach. Lots of options.

the pools and beach are wonderful. We have been thinking of taking a family vacation there for several years...just never gets done.

My wife and I went there about 3 years ago. The location is beautiful. The water is crystal clean and the beach so clean. If you enjoy the beach and water activities you will like this place. However if you are looking for a place where you can go out shopping (St Thomas like) this is not the place. There is a couple of SMALL casinos but very little night life. We enjoyed all the different restaurants and tried many of them. I was a little nervous about an all inclusive but it was great. Two evenings we asked for a bottle of wine and went down the beach for the sunset

The Kid camps looked fun however this trip we were not with DD.

I think it was worth the money. I do not feel you need an espically expensive room I would recommend one of the more less expensive ones. Like WDW you do not spend much time in the room.

I got married and honeymooned there in 1998.

Yes it is as beautiful as the brochure looks. The water is incredibly clear and the sand is as white and soft as powder.

I can't really give you any information about the kid's stuff because we were just 2 adults.

And yes it is worth the money.

P.S.-You might be asking why were going to Jamaica this summer (see my signature) and it's only because we really enjoyed the adults-only concept of Sandals resorts we when went there in 2001 so we're going back there. It they would open a Sandals in T&C, it would be my dream come true.
