Anyone ever go in the fall (Oct) and get a BB offer for May-ish?

I'm crossing my fingers that this might be a possibility. I can't for the life of me remember what the BB offer in my room at WL was in Oct 2008 (and we didn't take advantage of it ), so I'm curious what this past fall's BB offers were?

Also, are BB offers for rack rates? Curious If there is a sticky point me to it please!
