Anyone ever drive to Holy Family Church from OKW?

Any ideas how far of a drive it is from old key west. I would probably try to be there for a 7:30 am Sunday Mass. If it is far are there better choices?

The parish website has pretty good instructions about how to get there, as well as information about mass times. We usually go to the Mary Queen of the Universe shrine when we go, since it is visible from the main roads. I am not very good at doing links, but I'll give it a try here:www.holyfamilyorlando.org.

As far as getting there from OKW, actually, I admit we are really bad about get lost every time we go, so, we leave extra early just in case.

I was going to say, I thought the mass was at 7am on Sundays. This is a nice church and would be fairly easy to get to from OKW. Go right out on to Vacation club BLVD (I think that is the name of that st) and then make another right at the dead end by Saratoga Springs. Pass by the bus stop at DTD and make a left at the light onto Hotel Plaza Blvd. At 535/the Cross Rds, turn left (there is a left turn lane & a left/straight lane - get in this one to turn left) onto Apopka-Vineland Rd. You will take this road for several miles, though Dr. Phillips. You will see Holy Family on the rt side of the street after passing several (probably almost a dozen) housing developments along the way. There are three churchs in a cluster there, but HF is the biggest, since it has a school.

There are also Catholic Masses in Celebration now, which is easily accessible from World Drive. If anyone is interested, I can find out the information. They don't have a church building, so the mass is held in one of the schools.
