anyone ever do one of the fishing expeditions at WDW??

is it worth the money? i suppose its not too much money if you get 4 people together, but i normally am only there with me and my spouse so its a lot of money for just 2 of us. I think it would be cool just to say i fished in WDW, but is the fishing actually any good? if you have fished in more than one lake, which one is best??

can someone tell me where i would look for reports on the fishing excursions? i dont see any type of a search function on here? and im not sure where to look?

Check out the blog and the show archives. The guys did an excursion several months ago - Will and Walter headed the expedition.

We did it last summer and we are going to do it againin a couple weeks. It was so much fun!! It was expensive for my DH, DS and I but we caught so many fish. Last time we left from YC/BC and we went all around Cresent Lake and into World Showcase, which was the coolest thing for me!! To be able to see the countries from that location was awesome!!! I am thinking next time we will try leaving from FW/GF/Poly and fish the Seven Seas Lagoon.

Hope you are able to do it and have a great time!! One thing...when we did it last summer, we went out at 10:00am and toward the end I did start to feel a little sick but I think because it was so hot.
