Anyone ever dealt with returns to zappos.com?

I just ordered 4 pairs of shoes from them and was hoping the some of you had a good experience with returns that you have made. I have a narrow foot and its almost impossible to find shoes in my area in narrow widths. So I took the plunge and ordered some shoes. I was hesitant with ordering from them b/c I never order clothes or shoes over the internet. Anyone have good or bad experiences with them?

I've not had any problems with returns with them. DD17 and I ordered a bunch of shoes, looking for something particular, and most of them got returned (which I knew they would since we were only keeping one pair each). We just ordered several promising ones to try on. Refund was very quick!
 
I had to return stuff to them and had no problems. I like that they don't charge you to ship the stuff back - I don't feel as bad that way!

No problem at all, and I (mistakenly, I promise!) didn't even mail the shoes back for over 6 months! They have a one year return policy.

It's painless. You go online and fill out a form, print out a mailing label, and drop the box off. No $$ to ship it back, and they credit your cc quickly.

Zappos is awesome. :thumbsup2
 

I'm glad returning them will be easy. I know that I cannot keep all 4 pairs. DH nearly fell off his chair when I told them what they added up to. :scared1:
