I can barely do anything on the internet.
I've tried to log onto the Comcast.net website, but it won't load the whole way.
We had cable trouble since Comcast took over from Adelphia. I had Adelphia internet since 2001.
Today I can barely do anything on the internet. I can't get in touch with Comcast. When I call I'm told there are too many other calls, the computer thanks me, and it hangs up on me.
I finally got a human being with Comcast. It was a woman who told me she'd look into my trouble. I sat like an idiot on hold listening to other employees talk with customers. I don't know what happened to the lady I was speaking with, but after 15 minutes she never responded. I said Hello and such many, many times. No response, just background talking.
When I tried to call Comcast back I got the same computer we're busy and hang up.
I wish I lived in an area with more internet choices. For cable internet my only option is Comcast.
I did the whole modem thing to see if that was the trouble with unplugging the modem, waiting and starting it up again. I've done the regular computer things I normally do like clear cache, etc. Nothing.
Since we are pretty new to Comcast I'm wondering if this is normal for Comcast.
Does anyone have any other advice for how I can get my internet to work? That is if this message even goes though. Sigh.

Do you have wireless? Try unplugging your modem from the cable box and the plug that goes from the modem to the wireless (if you have it)wait a minute and plug it back in. Works like a charm
