Anyone else waiting on Sellers Clubhouse credit from SR?

Hey all....

Am I the only one with an open trouble ticket for this offer? I did it back in February and have had the trouble ticket open since 2/23. Most people who did this got credited almost immediately. Last I heard, SR asked for my e-mail confirmation like two weeks ago and I haven't heard a peep since. Is anyone else waiting on this one?

I'm still waiting too. My trouble ticket has been listed as pending for quite a while now. BTW, I opened my ticket on 2/23, too.
 
Well I'm sorry you are in the same boat. Last response I had to my trouble ticket was 3/12 when I was asked for an e-mail will full header to prove date and e-mail address. I provided that the same day and haven't heard a word since. I've twice asked if there was any update with no response. Have you had any response recently?

The last response on mine was also 3/12 and it was put into pending. The response was that they are requesting payment from the advertiser. I didn't pursue it because I figured the credit was going to show up soon since it was put as pending. :confused3 I guess I will ask about an update also. Keep me posted and I'll do the same.
 
There's a technical issue in our trouble ticket system that I am trying to figure out how to get around. If someone responds to an open or closed ticket, I get an immediate notice that someone responded. But if someone responds to a pending ticket, I never get notice. :(

We have been unable to get the credits on these. I submitted them both together to the advertiser. They have not told us "no," but they are just totally ignoring me on them. And I apparently have a new rep with the company because the old person's name has disappeared from the website. <sigh> I'm still trying. I think we had 3 or 4 of these total that we did not get credits on.

Thanks for the update. Sorry you have a glitch with the trouble tickets, but it's kind of a relief to know I'm not just being ignored. ;) I hope you are able to get in contact with the current POC and get this resolved. I know it is frustrating for you as well as those of us with trouble tickets on this.
 
Just giving this a bump to see if this got resolved for you. I'm still waiting.
 
So it's been another couple weeks. I tried to ask for an update via the trouble ticket, but I am guessing that function still isn't working correctly Any update on this? :)
