Anyone else still waiting for MyPoints/JCPenney 1500 points

Mine still haven't been credited. I e-mailed them about it and they said I need to wait 20 business days before I bug them about it. That will be Friday. I just wonder what makes some people get their's immediately and others have to either wait, or as I expect, fight them for it. :)
 
Don't worry you are not alone! I have about a dozen emails I sent them trying to get my account credited quickly but it seems that if you were not lucky enough to get it overnight then you're waiting!:mad:

I know that when I was doing my order I had to reload a few times so I'm thinking that was my problem. That's just my luck too, I got on the Tupperware $1 e-cert banwagon too late and they changed the minimum amount.:rolleyes:

I believe mine is suppose to show up on Thursday. Just hoping it doesn't go "pending" for 30 days also and is 1500 points like it is suppose to be.
 
also still waiting......and waiting....and waiting!

After several emails they finally credited points from orders from early March but said I have to wait an additional 30 days for the rest.

I find I am rarely credited points for shopping without sending them an email.

Does everyone else have this problem?
 
I've never had any problems getting credit from MyPoints for shopping or anything else - perhaps just the luck of the draw?

What is the 1500 points from JC Penney? I just ordered some things from there this past weekend, so I'm assuming I'll just get the normal 2 points/$.

Im still waiting for me 1500 points also. I have already rec'd my items from Penney's. I did send in a e-mail about because it didnt state on the e-mail I rec'd for the offer it would take 20-30 days. I just got the standard response--they will be coming. So meanwhile I'll just keep checking.
 
Okay its now been over 30 days for me and still no points. So I sent in a e-mail to mypoints and they want em to copy and paste my e-mail from Penney's on my order. I no longer have it but went to the Penney's site and if you click on order status your invoice pops up. Only even though O ordered 3 things at once since there were shipped seperately it is 3 invoices and one doesnt have a total on the bottom although the top says order complete. So I included those in my e-mail. I guess I'll see what happens next.
 
I'm still waiting too. I just sent my 4th email to them asking where the points are.

2 emails ago they asked me to forward the order info. The next email I recieved was to wait until the alloted time:rolleyes:

I'm waiting to see what they say this time.

I'm also waiting for my 5000 points from my Dell order. I suspect that'll take another 30 days :rolleyes:
 
almost fell off my chair when i logged into mypoints today. finally got my jc penney points & SURPRISE the 200 for ordering the entertainment book. put me just over 3500 & cashed in for another webbie!
 
I need to get these 1500 points added tot he ones I have then I will have a little more than enough to get 2 RC certs. So that will be 1 free meal for our Oct trip. It's really kind of irritating to get their e-mail, use their link and then have to forward all the info to them to prove the purchase.
 
Yesterday I sent another email because I was told on 4/29 to allow "5 full business days" for the points to post and they still were not there on the 6th day. Well having only gotten the generic email response I was looking at the fact that it would still be another few days.

I went to the Mypoints site to see if another offer I did had posted yet and the 1500 points were there!

I finally got mine too!! Going to go and cash out for a RFC GC right now! :)
 
Okay now Im getting mad. Sent e-mail to mypoints about the points--got an e-mail back requesting conf e-mail from Penneys. I didnt have that but I logged into my Penneys acct and you can go to check my oder and it shows the invoices for the items I ordered, so I sent that to them (it has all info amount of purchase, date ordered dated shipped etc). Then I get another e-mail asking for the amount of the orders (it was on the invoice forwarded to them). So I sent back the amount. Now today I get the first e-mail again asking for the conf e-mail from Penneys. So I sent them an e-mail back stating they were sent a copy of the invoice and the amount--why do I keep getting e-mails asking for the same thing?? And I said it should not be this difficult to get the points I earned thru one of their e-mails.
Im sure I got no where but good grief.
 
I really wish that Mypoints would get a better way to communicate with member services. The most annoying thing is that each time you respond back to them you get someone different and you have to start all over again. That is exactly what I had to go thru to finally get my points posted. Every time I emailed them I sent the same info. I copied my confirmation email from Penney's into the email from Mypoints because at first they were only going to give me the 2pt/$ for my order. Try sending all the info they could possibly ask for in your email and your reminders to them so you do not have to go as crazy.

And if you've got more thn one issue with them, take care of them one at a time. I had problems with missing points from Wal-Mart and Overstocks after Christmas. I wrote to them about both in the same email. I got the Wal-Mart points, but had to go back and write a second letter for the Overstocks points. I've been debating whether to bring up the issue about all my missing Tupperware points back when things got goofy. But I don't want them giving me a hard time about all my separate $1 orders. But since that "source" of points has sort of dried up, I've been considering it.
 
Looks like I may be making a little progress. Got an e-mail today that said they would be crediting the 1500 points on my account in 5 days. Not getting my hopes up til I actually see them there.
 
Points are finally on my account!!! Yeeehaaaa. Its about time. Now I'm getting 2 RFC cert's for our Oct trip so I will have atleast 1 meal paid for.
