Anyone else still looking for airfare for Nov? Tired of searching!

I get up every morning and hit all the travel sites as well as here and the airlines own websites looking for sales or drops in fares. Right now I can't find anything lower than $349 before taxes and fees for Tucson to Orlando in Nov.

It's looking rather grim. I'm not sure anythings going to drop but my dh says to wait and see.

I've also checked leaving out of Phoenix and they rates are the same. Thank goodness because I hate flying out of Phx.

Anyone else still searching and searching??

I booked our November (11-23 to 11/29) tickets in January @ 178 per person... now the cost has gone up to 550. Glad i booked when i did. My experience is that tickets near holidays, especially Thanksgiving & Christmas & New Years... only go up the closer you get.

I just checked my flights for next week, booked last week. They've doubled in price.

I suspect the recent events will only put more upward pressure on fares.
