Anyone else skip spring and go to summer?

We technically had a spring, very wet and chilly--I have two fans at work and never even used them.
The highest temp. in all of May was 77.
Even the last couple of weeks it didn't get over 80 until about the 16th.
Now it's 90 or better yesterday, today, tomorrow--and muggy!!
What happened to mild, pleasantly warm spring days????
Last year we seemed to go right from late summer to winter too!

That is exactly what happened in Chicago this year. Very cool spring.

And today is 93!!!!

Same here. We went from soggy, dreary to hot and sunny. I'm not complaining though - this has been one rotten June and I'm happy to see it's finally acting like it's supposed to!

The air conditioner went on for the first time today. Overnight we went from soggy early spring weather to hot humid late summer weather
