Anyone else really pining for a new buyable costume?

[goes over to one of the celebrities to ask a question]

Announcer: You sir. You folks are calling just about everyone to raise Awareness.
PirateEmery: You are absolutely right, Tom. It seems the poor people of VMKopia have been impoverished and haven't gotten adequate Bandana supplies in monthes. The Volunteer Motivational Kommitee "Hosts" or "QA" started airlifting in bandanas since December, none of those have yet to reach the VMKopian people.
Announcer: And they are traumatized because of this?
PirateEmery: Of course! Let me show you this picture.

[He pulls out an image]

PirateEmery: As you see here, the VMKopian people are seeing glimpses of their bandanas and have seen said glimpses for many monthes.
Announcer: Alright, I see now...

[moves back to the camera]

Announcer: As you see, the fragile nature of VMKopia has been ravaged in previous monthes from bad supplies and impossible to obtain supplies. Let them be in our prayers and hope that they get their bandanas soon.

Yeah we REALLY need a new costume. My dream costume is a Jack Sparrow outfit, of course the only one that's FREE but nearly impossible to get.

I agree. I love Jack with his jacket and with just the white shirt and bandana. I would love some BellHop costumes of course. Those would be awesome would they not? And Davy Jones. How funny would it be to be walking around with a crab leg and arm, with tenticles hanging from your face?


Back to the BellHop costumes I think i would keel over if that ever happened.

I agree but they accidentally released the Davey Jones costume BEFORE POTC2 even came out! Now they are taking there sweet little time doing it again...they did the same thing with the Jack costume, AND PUT IT UP FOR SALE! I got so mad my friend bought a Jack costume and a Davey Jones costume and the next day...VMK DELETED ALL COPIES OF BOTH!

Actually a Bell Hop would make sense. Be part of a new California Adventure in-park quest (Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Bell Hops?)



EDIT: Put it in MGM Studios as well. (forget which Disney World park has ToT: I am a California man, so I wouldn't really know. )

That would be my ultimate costume! Not changing that one: trading away my rare hats, seeing as I would not need them anymore.

I wish august would be tron month @_@ for tron costumes. im not a sci-fi person. but it's at least WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY better than gabriella and cheerleading clothes @_@

they need to come out with a couple different style's of costumes per month, instead of just one. that way the costumes would increase in value. though this idea would only work if they would retire the costumes AFTER the month is over. when i first came to vmk they were selling everest costumes and i got one, and then i saved credits and bought some more so that i would have some leverage when trading, now they are just useless because they still have them for sale. its crazy! when will vmk stop the madness!?! it seems now that there is no "sort of rare" items. it is either nigh impossible to get or dime-a-dozen. it also seems that vmk used to do a lot more for holidays and now it seems all they do is release a pin and call it done.

Fourth of July is not exactly the most Disney-like costume generator holiday. We got lucky with the Fourth of July Hat.

We've got Tron coming up, then Halloween after that.

I'm starting to wonder if they won't wait until Halloween to release stuff like Tron, Red Cowboy, and the unreleased Pirate costume. That way they'll have stuff to release for the holiday without having to create new stuff.

So that's what... three more months of waiting?

Yes. I would love to see a new buyable costume. A nice one. Not one that's ugly.

What about the brown HM suits? The tan Explorer's outfit? The red Cowboy outfit? Those have all been listed in the system since Halloween. When the heck are they going to release those?

And the other pirate costumes?

What is the wait for?

Not to mention other new costumes they can come up with.

And we want them buyable! Not have to get thru a quest, some other online game we have to play a million times, etc.

Yeah, they should totally come out with an Indiana Jones costume! With a fedora and everything- and they also should make a Star Wars costume... or four. LOL. *crazy star wars fan* But it would be so cool! One for Luke, one for Leia, one for Han, one for Chewbacca- oh one for Darth Vader, and maybe one for Boba Fett! Yeahh....

Yeah its MGM. I'm A Disney World person. They need to make some more park quests for MGM and Epcot. They made a start with animal kingdom. There are so many possibilities. I love the indiana jones idea, if they could get the rights to it. Same thing with Star Wars.

its not that easy for staff to poof up new costumes, they have to work hard and plan ahead of time. if they didn't some of the new costumes would look bad with errors and mistakes give the staff some time they will have something new im sure of it
