Well its not exactly for Disney but I walk 15 miles a day at work and at home (nothing on a treadmill). I have walked over 100 pounds off this overweight body and am now with 25 pounds of my Marine weight.
Our July trip was a last minute decision so I don't have a lot of time but do try to get walking in every day; even went out today in the 94 degree afternoon. The heat will be my biggest obstacle; even though our Texas weather is similar to Florida's I am NOT a "summer person". Planning on seeing shows or shopping during the heat of the day. I try to make my walks interesting by "pretending" I'm "walking through Canada and on my way to the UK, etc.". As I do this I make mental notes of what I want to do in each country; makes it a little more bearable.
