Anyone else not get an email for the new planning dvd

ok so i read last week that alot of people got an email saying that they were ready to send out the new planning dvds. i ordered the dvd on the first day it was available, and i never recieved an email. did this happen to anyone else or did i do something wrong

ok good. well not good that we didnt get them, good that im not the only one. were leaving in 32 days so i hope we get the dvd by then.
