Anyone else not able to login on the WDW AP website?

I haven't been able to for over a week. What do I need to do to my computer? TIA

I had the same problem. When I spoke to a cm tthey told me I needed to place a zero in front of my number if it was only two digits for example:
WDR 123 03/04/07 055 For some reason that still didn't work, but when I put in DW's info it worked. Go figure and good luck

I am not able to access from my laptop but same info entered from my desktop works . I think it's some thing about the plug ins, but can't figure out what.

I have been finding it will not let me log on. I know I have my number right so I try again right away. It usually takes me 2 or 3 tries but it will then let me on.
