Anyone else not abl oaken photo prints off The Wonder recently?

We were just recently on the Wonder (January 4 repo cruise between Galveston and San Juan). We had pre paid for the picture package, as we always do. When we went to pick up the last night they gave us the CD but said that the printer was down and they would mail to us.

Just wondering if anyone else was in this same boat - and if so have you received your prints yet?
