Anyone else need to be close the HH at OKW in order to stay there?

Hopefully going next December and I am just going to go with two studios outside of the "near HH" category. My two most important requests will be ground floor and both studios be located very close, or hopefully in the same building. I know my odds would be better outside of the "near HH" category for that to happen.
