I don't know of another soul that likes this particular British comedian, but I love love love him...women's clothes and all. Been listenin to him for years, I recently bought two cd's and have been listenin to those non-stop. Glorious and Circle...
Just wondering if anyone else liked him...
Matter of fact I actually think he is cute :)

I do!!! (I think he's cute too.) I caught one of his shows on HBO a few years ago & I'm hooked! I'm involved in community theater, so men in drag are nothing new to me! ;) That man can walk better in heels than I can. :rotfl: Sbella

He is hysterical! I haven't seen him for a few years but I sure do appreciate his humour!

So I am not alone..I think I am going to be buying some DVD's next

he's the dog's bollocks ( I think that's right)

:rotfl:

" I like my women like I like my coffee....covered in bees!!!!"

THat is a quote from him not me :rotfl2:

Yesssss love him! Fun to find other fans out there........I thought I was the only one.

.

Thanks for the link... I am so going to buy some dvd's
Because listening to the cd's doesn't give you that same effect....there are pauses where you know he is doing something funny but you can't tell

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE him!

I also first caught him on HBO...Dressed to Kill special. I was preggie w/DD and on vacation w/our family. I spent the entire vacation in the hotel room barfing and watching tv. I fell in LOVE w/Eddie late one night!

Since then, I have bought Dressed to Kill on DVD (nice "extra" of the making of the US tour); and Circle...even "5 Children and It" because he does the voice of "it" (and I figured it had to be tame enough for my kids).

Check BBC as they run all his stand-up shows at various times. Some are funnier than others, but I think his humor is great.

My DH and I walk around quoting him more than anyone....usually "cake or death, well, we are running out of the cake!" or "do YOU have a flag?"

You know... Dressed to Kill got me started as well. I recorded it on tape one time and now I have no idea where it is.

Do you have a flag? OMG so funny

How bout this one...Whales are DJ's of the sea...we have been singing "I love youuuu baby" for days now.
Circle is really good, it's in my car now

You should get the CDs AND the DVDs. For instance, Dressed to Kill on CD is a different performance than Dressed 2 Kill on DVD. Same with Glorious and Definite Article. Circle is the same, but you have to see what he is doing as well, makes it even better.

Are the dvd's available at Amazon or someplace like that, his site is really expensive?

Now that i think about it they have them at borders...duh.. :rotfl2:

You should be able to get them at borders. Amazon.com. Anywhere around here really.

I think I shall go listen to Glorious as I drift off to sleep :)

So many funny quotes...
