Anyone else having trouble with SR daily survey link?

It keeps taking me to a page that says "cookies disabled" -- but they are not. I have cleared my cookies, made sure they are enabled, and I still get that page. I've never had trouble before and do a survey nearly every day. It is sure frustrating!

Yep, I've had the same problems for months. I've tried everything I can think of. My cookies are enabled. They don't work through any rewards program for me. I've cleared and cleaned, turned off virus software, turned off firewall, etc. Nothing fixes it. I'm sure it must be some sort of security setting somewhere but I don't know what or where. They work fine on my DH's laptop which uses the same firewall, virus software, operating system, and router. Strange.

I have had the same problem today, but never have before. I did the same thing as the others mentioned...cleared cookies, checked my settings, i even did a virus scan, and spyware sweep just to make sure, everything is fine, and still i keep getting the same message

So I went upstairs and used DH's computer and it worked just fine. It's driving me crazy because I have not changed any settings on my laptop, and even did what they recommended for accepting cookies. Grr...

Same thing is happening to me too. I haven't changed anything and I followed the directions for disabling the cookies and i'm already on a Medium setting so it must be the survey site.

We had them make a change to our server to make sure that we are up to date with the time change on the back end. If anyone is still having trouble now, I am totally stumped!

I still was not able to access the surveys tonight. Just for the heck of it, I tried the link from Creations Rewards and got the same result. I get the message to enable cookies even though I set my Privacy setting to accept all cookies.

Has your computer been patched for Daylight Savings Time? My laptop automatically downloaded the patch and I am fine. If your computer did not download the patch to adjust for DST, you can go to microsoft and they have a link to patch it. Once you patch it, the surveys should work for you again.

Just an update: the daylight savings patch TOTALLY fixed the problem. Thanks again!

The Microsoft patch didn't fix the problem for me. I tried it a few times, and it seems to have installed as I get a messsage that it's already there.
But I still can't get into surveys and didn't get the .05 credit for the Reminder click so it's definitely a cookie problem. I'm just hoping that whatever is wrong will right itself 2 weeks from now when Daylight Savings would have normally kicked in.

Update: My cookie problem seems to be fixed - after I downloaded the patch, DH had to adjust something in the Control Panel. I just qualified for and completed a survey so I'm back in business!
Tricia - thanks for the tip on the Microsoft patch - I would not have looked into that otherwise.

Ok, I hope someone can help me with my cookies now!! I have updated my Windows, did the DST update too, confirmed my cookies are at "Medium" & I still cannot get into the survey site?! I used to be able to & I haven't tried for awhile, I thought it had something to do w/the DST patch, but now that I've done that I still get the message.

Any other ideas? I have restarted a few times too.

HELP!!!

Same problem here, too. Does the same thing for SR, QR, and CR. Nothing is working for me.
