Yesterday I was able to successfully reassign a ticket to a fake person in my MDE and was trying to do the same thing with another ticket. On my second attempt, I kept getting the "We Ducked Out" error message and that the website was not available right now. I just tried again and got the same error message. Anyone else having the same issue?
