Anyone else having trouble reassigning tickets in MDE?

Yesterday I was able to successfully reassign a ticket to a fake person in my MDE and was trying to do the same thing with another ticket. On my second attempt, I kept getting the "We Ducked Out" error message and that the website was not available right now. I just tried again and got the same error message. Anyone else having the same issue?

Do you only have 1 MDE account or do you have more than 1 MDE linked together?

The Manager of the MDE Profile is the only person who can Reassign a Ticket.

I only have 1 MDE profile and make all the plans for my hubs so he has a profile but I made it. I made two other alias so I could put our 5 day PH tixs to but now I think I know what you mean. Since we have DVC, he has a login for that so I'll see if he has to be the one to reassign it then. Thanks!
