Anyone else having trouble booking or checking availability online?

For the past few days, when I try to book online with points or check availability, when logged into my DVC account, I get an error page with Rex from Toy Story saying: "Nothing to see here. There was an error trying to access the page. Please try again later."

First I figured it was a glitch, but it's happened for the past three days or so.

I'm worried that for some reason I've lost access to book online. I am not the "purchaser" of our points; that was my parents. But my sister and I are both listed as "associates", and I have always been able to book with our points online until now. For some other parts of the website (e.g. "view my membership card"), it has always told me that this is only available for certain member types. But I've always been able to book.

Are your parents now deceased. If they are still living members, you should not be having the issue you are having and need to contact MS to have it fixed. However, once DVC learns the owner/members are gone, and nothing has been done to show change of ownership to living persons, the associate members retain no right to book anything. Someone on the account has to be a living owner/member.

To follow up on the other response you received, last Thursday there was a glitch where overnight (Wed into Thurs) hundreds and hundreds of accounts were marked as being delinquent with their dues (when they were not). IT had to go through and undo everything by hand. Member Services and Member Accounting were unable to fix anything.

It's possible, if the problem is not what @drusba mentioned, that your account was not "fixed" if this happened to you. You'll need to call MS who can look and see if there is a note that you have to talk to Member Accounting on your account. If there is then they will transfer you over there.

ETA: As an associate member I am not sure you can even talk to MS or MA, so what I stated above may be correct but it is possible you won't be able to get it corrected on your own.
