Anyone else having problems with Thomas Cook Signature?

Just wondering if I am the only one struggling to get them to take my money.

My final balance was due on 20 December and I started trying to pay it on
15th December but apparently they have issues with their computers and migration of booking references. :confused3
As of today they still haven't taken my money and although they say that my holiday will be fine, until I get my tickets at 10 days before I don't know for sure. :sad2:
I should be leaving on Valentine's day but daren't book anything else that needs paying for (including my daughter's birthday present and son's cake) until I have my tickets. :scared:
They tell me that this problem is affecting many customers - any other
dis-ers struggling? Wish I'd stuck with Virgin again.

Keep your fingers crossed for me...............don't know who is the most upset me or the kids.:sad:
 
I did last year when my balance was due, I couldn't do it online, then tried the telephone but didn't fancy entering my debit number via the phone buttons so in the end just sent them a cheque and that was fine.
 
Glad all was sorted for you, I did offer to send cheque or even go into their head office here in Peterborough and pay but apparently my account is 'locked' due to an error and still couldn't be accessed that way. Hopefully all will be ok in the end.
