Since yesterday I have not been able to get on the Disneyland parks section, I'm able to get on WDW, cruise and DVC but not DL:confused3
Is this happening to others?
I'd Really would like to start planning our trip out.

Yes! They are having computer system issues today for DL! I tried twice to book online and kept getting errors. Then I called and it literally took 3 different phone calls with two people each time working on our reservations to get it booked as they had to manually add things. All sorts of computer issues today! Hopefully it will all be resolved soon!!

thanks! I was hoping it wasn't my computer or network that was having the problem.
Glad that you got everything booked through all the hassles!

Are the issues logging in? I keep getting an error message that I have forgot password etc. I've been trying for a couple of days.

Since seeing these problem reports over the last few days, I've had zero problems. I guess disneyland.com just likes me.

I've been trying for 4 days to log on to the annual passholder site. No luck! I just renewed my pass and would like to check hotel availabilty for Jan. but the AP website won't load.

hmm, I'm having no problems getting into the site at all. In fact, I was surprised today to go onto the site and see that I've been to disneyland 26 times since I got my pass last april. Talk about getting my money's worth!

I was having issues on the Disney website while using Firefox. I switched to Internet Explorer and the Disney site works fine now.

I had the same problem last week. I had to upgrade from Explorer 8 to Explorer 9 and everything started to work for me again.

My issues were not with the site actually working if you just want to get on and wander around or look at history... it was in going through the booking process. That is when I discovered that they are having computer system issues with all booking as I had to call in my reservations and it was indeed a HUGE issue on their end. Not sure if that is fixed yet or not.... I do have to add that they were soooo apologetic about it. They were very frustrated as well!

Yep..having AP site issues..also..since I downloaded stupid Explorer 9 or whatever it is, video freezes my computer up and there is no getting out without a forced shut down argh:headache:so when I go somewhere that automatically starts playing a videe I'm done.

Anyone still having problems logging in?

we have a mac and a pc and I can get onto the site, but can not access my passholder account the screen goes blank. I even went on our neighbors wireless network to see if its our network and nope still can't get in. Very frustrating, I go back to work on the 19th and will see if I can get on with those computers at work.

Yep..so frustrating..I've tried it multiple times on 2 computers with IE9 and 7 and AOL and same result. I even cleared cookies and such but still no way to get on AP site or even DLR at times. I emailed them about it and put it on their Facebook page, but no change.

Every time I see a new post on this thread, I check to see if I can access the Disneyland website as well as the AP section. I'm able to access both. I'm on a PC and use Internet Explorer 8.

Sorry to hear so many are having a problem on Disney's website!

Me too, I've been checking every day and no problems. I use Firefox on a PC. Is there something I can help look up for someone?

So strange that its working for some people and others not? When I have some time I'm going to have to call and see what is going on with the website. Tried again and nope no luck

It started to work for my finally just out of the blue. No idea if something I did helped or it it remedied itself.

I've been having issues trying to make payments toward my vacation. I can't get the payments to go through after entering all needed information. This has been going on for weeks now, with several complaints about it. All I've been told is that they'll contact the technical staff and to just call the resort for inquiries and payments... Doesn't sound like any fixing of the site anytime soon....
