Anyone else have trouble with yourgiftcards.com?

Awhile ago I signed up for two offers, each allowing a $50 gift card.
I am at the Confirmation stage.
I have tried numerous times over different days to confirm. (Have to click a link which is suppose to e-mail me. Then I have to respond in order to have the GC further processed.)
Well I never received e-mails. They are not blocked either.
A few days ago I e-mailed their customer support.
They finally responded. Part of the response is for me to click on a Confirmation link. (Which does not work.)
In addition they replied these offers were limited by "1 gift card per
household.
As such, we cannot fulfill anymore gift cards for this account."

Well shame on me if I missed there was one one per household. But I wanted to warn others who may participate in multiple offers and not realize this either.
And regarding they cannot fulfill anymore -- they have fulfilled any to me.

I know others have rec'd their card. But I cannot say I would trust them now.

Barb: yourgiftcards is INFAMOUS for not following through. I don't particiate in anything they offer anymore... I have never received any of the gift cards I was supposed to

Guess my best bet is to write to the FL Atty General's Office.
Even if that doesn't shake something loose from them for me, then at least a complaint is on file.

I did receive my book and yesterday I received a check for $50! It said that due to a shortage of $50 gift cards they were sending me a check. It did take all of 8 weeks and I had pretty much given up but Im glad it worked!

Liferbabe, on the yourgiftcard.com site did your status ever change from approved to confirmed to shipped? Mine has now said confirmed for 10 wks but it isn't saying shipped yet and I've written them w/no reply yet. I returned the printed form the first week in September.

I did the Entertainment Book offer and got a $50 check yesterday too!

My status had changed to shipped awhile back and I was starting to think I'd never get anything.

I wrote to them and they said my order is in the confirmed stage to give it 6-8 weeks and if nothing e mail. Well next week will be 8 weeks so I will e mail. I guess most people wouldn't keep at it and that's how they make money. I'll post if I ever get my gift card or a check.

Funny you should mention this. I completed one of their offers in July (bought an entertainment book), jumped through all of their hopes, and then finally gave up on them. Amazingly enough, just yesterday I received a $50 check in lieu of the $50 VISA gift card I had requested. Just hope the check doesn't bounce!

3 families bought entertainment books last April thru them and none of us have received our $50 gift cards. I'm the only one that they actually sent a certificate to mail in for my card, but the other two have heard nothing. What a joke!!!

After reading here how others never received anything, I didnt even bother checking my status on their website or try to contact them. That's why I was so surprised to see the check. So Im not sure what it said. I do know that after I completed my offer, I was able to immediately print out the form to apply for the gift card. I cant remember if I mailed it in or if it was all online, but I know that I didnt have to wait for anything in the snail mail. Maybe it was an email saying they received confirmation from Entertainment regarding my purchase. It was a looong time ago! LOL
