Anyone else have trouble with the main resort call in center number?

I swear the people there will not connect me anywhere within the actual hotel where I ask. I am polite and courteous. I am very frustrated at the moment. First they connect me with reservations,than dining, than back to them, then dining again. Than I call back again and they connect me to the IPO office.

All I want is to be connected to the AKL Club Level to ask two questions to confirm if the IPO is correct. It is a confusing time of booking question. My itinerary says one time for the safari while IPO says 40 minutes later. Am I insane here?

I was previously a call center cast member and let me tell you that it is very hard to connect to most places in the hotels that are requested from callers. The hotel management has put up blocks and codes so that a call can not be put through to those areas. Sometimes, if they put you through to another number it is because they are told to do so. Please be very patient with the operator as they get frustrated and are trying to the best they can with your call. Have you tried to e-mail the ipo of your resort, that may be your best way of communicating with them.
