Anyone else have trouble getting credit for your CRT depo?

Just got back from 9 days at WDW (first trip). I booked CRT on 6/16/04 and placed a $20 deposit (1 adult, 2 kids) as required when I made my PS. After breakfast (which was very yummy, although I must say both the kids and I liked PSB a bit better) the waiter brought the bill and it did not show the $20 credit. I insisted that I HAD to make a deposit to book a PS for CRT, however, the waiter insisted that I did not. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I called my credit card company (Disney Visa, of course) and their records show that I DID make a $20 charge to Disney, however, they had no way to prove this $20 charge was to go to PS for CRT on 9/14/04. ERRRRRRR!!!! I am on the phone (right this very minute with Disney) and I am soooooo fustrated I could scream!!!

We were there on 8/25 and used breakfast vouchers for CRT, I had paid $45 for the deposit on my debit card, but they credited me immediately and I didn't even have to ask. Definitely call them.

we received a credit on our credit card a few days after our crt breakfast!
