Anyone else have the spinning circle of death?

I can get in this morning but I can't modify a reservation, just get Rex..I've been trying for days now at a certain point our dues money that pays for the site is just being squandered

Interestingly, I was able to get on the website a few minutes ago and stuff seemed to be working pretty well (still have that annoying glitch where the reservation says "undefined" on the dashboard. Really???? Isn't that programming 101?) , but get this...

It asked if I wanted to take a survey about the website. I clicked yes and it loaded the first page asking my location. Every time I select North America and click next, it just circles back to asking me that same question again.

Now they broke the survey!!!!!

You can't make this stuff up!

I was so confused why it kept saying I was outside my booking window when trying to book December 5th this morning. For whatever reason I got lucky and it eventually just worked. Frustrated, but at least Christmas 2022 at VGF was salvaged.

That is the message you get when you are not fast enough to snag the room and the system moves your start date to the next day, which of course is outside the window.

Sounds like you were able to go back and still get it because someone else didn’t follow it through!

So about 30 minutes ago I was able to reserve a room without any issues. Then tried to follow up with my points left to bank and the circle of DEATH!

Still need to pay my dues this weekend and hope it works!

Totally understand why that would be the case! The frustration came because it showed as available each time I tried booking this morning. Usually when you’re not fast enough the day isn’t blue on the calendar anymore. Gave up and came back around noon…still showed as available but this time it let me book. Phew!

2) Regardless, doesn't the site only let you book 11 months + 1 week? How are you doing anything with xmas 2022 at this point?

Haha sorry if that was confusing! ‘Our’ Christmas trip is always one of the first two weeks of December.
