Anyone else have Comcast digital phone?

I had it hooked up last week to take advantage of the bundle pkg. since we have it for internet and cable tv.... I've had nothing but problems since being hooked up. I'm not getting the majority of my calls-the phone NEVER RINGS and the caller sometimes calls back 3+ times and finally will get my voice mail. I'll be home when this all occurs and not once does it ring... I only know they called because the red light on my phone will flash indicating that I have a voice message... I've been trying to get in touch with them by phone now for about 6 hours today..... trying repeatedly for 20 min. every 45 min. or so and I keep getting disconnected after I get put on hold. I just emailed them and told them if it's not straightened out immediately I want it disconnected and I'm going back to AT & T!!!! Just wondering if anyone else has had problems w/ it???

We have had Comcast Digital Phone for several years. We have not had any problems.
