Anyone Else Had This Problem with TourGuideMike Website?

I've done everything their website suggests and have emailed them twice with no response, so I'm hoping some of you may be savvy to what to do!

This is actually my third time to use TGM, so I very much like his service and am quite familiar with navigating this site, but this time I cannot access the forums. Logged in, I click the AVP Forums and get kicked to a log-in page. I log in there and and kicked back to the opening page (not forums page). On the AVP Forums log-in page he has a spiel about "surprised to be here?" and what might correct the problem; I've done all the suggestions there, including changing my screen name.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help!

That has only happened to me when the forum has been down. I just tried to go in and had no problem...Sorry I can't help any more than that.

I had that happen once but Mike fixed it.
