Anyone else getting thounder stroms?

....I am, Last night at about 9:00 pm, it started to rain, then through out the night, it was raining on and off, but at around 1 in the morning, there was this huge flash of light, like someone had a giant camera and took a picture of the earth. Anyways, A few minutes after that, there was a very long loud scary clap of thunder that went for about a minute, it scared me so bad i wanted to scream. And that's what all my friends said to. Even my mother. So yeah, it was pretty scary...

It hasn't stormed here in what seems like forever o.o which is good 'cause I'm scared to death of thunderstorms...

We got some bad thunderstorms today. It didn't seem all that bad when I was in school, but when I was riding my bike home I was seeing a ton of downed tree branches.
