anyone else getting Cancelation emails for ADRs booked?

I booked 2 ADRs this week, and whent hey email me the confirmation im getiing one that says its booked and one that says its cancelled! I just went on my reservations on disneys site and its howing htem there. so I should be ok right? maybe a glitch inthe system that they are sending the cancelation email??

Are they for the same night/time? They did change the system so you can no longer double book ADRs.

I have a bunch set up for November and so far, no cancellation emails.

no double bookings.. i book it, and then in my email i have 2 confirmation emails right in a row.. one saying its cancelled and one saying its booked.. on the disney website its showing its there in my reservations still.. I guess maybe I will have to call just to make sure.

That happened to me last month! I called and indeed all my ressies were there. The cm apologized and said this was happening and was just a glitch.

Same thing happened to me with one reservation. It's my only reservation for that day so it's not an auto-cancellation for a double booking. Except for the word "confirmed" or "cancelled" in the header everything else is identical and says that it's confirming the reservation I made. And the reservation is still showing up in "My Reservations" after a week so I figure it's a glitch in the system.

It happened to 3 of my reservations for Oct. The title said cancelled but the message didn't look like a cancellation. I went the Disney website and pulled all my reservations up on "my reservations" and everything was there.

It happened to me, too, on a few of my reservations. Like previous posters, they are still there if I pull them up on 'my reservations' and I've called on the phone to make sure and they are still showing up. I'm going to call about a week before my trip just to make certain they are still there.

Me too - I got a ressie for Dec 4th and cancelled one for the same restaurant on Dec 3rd. I got an e-mail confirming my Dec 4th ressie and then cancelling it but no cancellation notice for Dec 3rd. But when I went on my account, my Dec 4th ressie is there and the Dec 3rd one is gone I think they need to work on the system a little longer

This is happening to me tonight. What is wrong with Disney's reservation system?? This is months later from the other reports of this happening now happening still.

I had this too yesterday!

I rebooked our meal at Boma changing it from 7pm to 7.30pm.

I cancelled the first ressie and rebooked, but I received 3 emails, all saying cancellation in the email header. On opening the emails, 2 are cancellations 1 is a confirmation. On logging into my Disneyworld account it shows the reservation as booked, so hopefully its ok.

Yes, I get one saying confirmed and then another confirming my cancelation. But when I go on line it shows my booking as confirmed so I guess it's just a wonky emailer.

I just checked to make sure that I didn't receive any cancellations.

This concerns me since many of my reservations require a CC guarantee and there are some cancellations that could be confused as not being canceled and no cancellation confirmation numbers to prove you canceled a said reservation when a person cancels. If they can't keep this straight imagine the mess.
