Anyone else feel weird on this Labor Day Weekend

it seems like I have that feeling of a vacation coming up, then realize there’s no rundisney weekend. Guess when you have been doing rundisney every year for Labor Day, then it feels weird not having plans

As I was leaving work yesterday, I got a little misty eyed thinking about how I should be headed down to Anaheim to pick up my bib! I don't miss the 4 hour bib pick-up adventure (gotta love LA traffic), but I do find it sad that I won't be running through the parks and the stadium at all this year.

Agreed! And sadly this year the weather has been amazing throughout the long weekend out here. I was cold most of the day yesterday at DLR. So wish it had been a race weekend.

Around me there are races every day of the long weekends like Labor Day. I'd take this opportunity to find another race close to you or in a vacation destination you haven't visited yet and turn it into a positive. I suspect at least one race will be back at DL in 2020.

Yes, went there 2013-2017 and this past weekend seemed a little less magical.

Plus, this Ohio guy LOVES SoCal!!!
