Anyone drive from AS-Sport

Just in the process of planning trip for feb 06 for extended family (17 of us). DD and DB(s) want to drive to Daytona 500 while the rest of us enjoy disney. How long will it take them to make the trip from All Star Sport. We really want to maximize this family vacation and are trying to decide if we should stay closer to daytona at least for a few days. I know I would prefer to stay on disney, but its not all about me.

Traffic backs up pretty bad and pretty early, I'd plan on minimum three hours. It's normally a 90 minute drive give or take.
