Anyone done the 2 hour mini-bus tour of Grand Cayman?

Thinking about doing this but we wanna know if it's worth it? We took a similar Port Adventure tour in Nassau and were bored to death. He tour guide just showed us useless things like "see where that liquor store is, well it used to be a laudromat" ....UGH!!!

Our other option is to just get off the ship and walk around to the local souvenir shops etc...

The best part of grand Cayman is what's in the water...beaches, snorkeling or scuba diving. I didn't find it that interesting. But there are some pretty areas in the middle and Georgetown is interesting. I would suggest you rent a taxi and driver and have him take Yu around for a few hours. You could also just walk around the town. I'm not a shopper so I can't comment on shopping.
