Anyone done make a wish trips to Disneyland?

Title pretty much says it all. I have looked at the threads for MAW but didn't find much that talked about MAW trips to Disneyland, just the Disneyworld trips. We are going with a friend's family in March that is doing their Make a Wish Trip for their 4 year old daughter and my friend has lots of questions so i am helping her by doing some research.

My cousin went to Disneyland for his, but I really couldn't tell you anything about it other than while he had fun, he didn't know there was a difference between Land and World and was disappointed he said Land.
