Anyone done Dolphins In Depth at Epcot?

Has anyone here been on the Dolphins In Depth tour in The Living Seas at Epcot? I know I've asked this before, but I'd really like some information because I may be doing it in October for my birthday present. I wanted to do the tour two years ago but couldn't because I wasn't old enough.

I'd absolutely love to do it, and would like to hear what its like, but I'm going to Discovery Cove instead this October, which should be better.
