anyone done Disney's Behind the Magic of Our Steam Trains?

Any opinions / advice would be appreciated, thought this would make a good surprise for our son, on our first day at Magic Kingdom.. He's a big train fan...

We boought this for my Dad & DH went along too. It was an early start (7am), but they've got a wonderful shot of Mainstreet with no one on it at all! They both really enjoyed it & by chance as we were arriving for the 9am opening they were pulling into the station & everyone was waving at them!!! As a souvenir they both got magic behind the steam train collector pins which are now in DDs collection & my dad gave his to my niece who also went with us. The tour finnished about 0930 so they then still had the rest of the day with us. My Dad is a real train buff so it was right up his street, and while DH isn't he still thought it was worth while & exceptional vfm

You need to call Disney on 001 407 939 8687, i.e WDW TOUR There is no time limit for making the booking like there is with PSs. I think they took payment on your credit card when you booked, but can't quite remember. Have a great time!

Thanks Celestine - Just trying to find out what day's they do the tours? We are visiting MK on our first day there, and I thought this might make the day to long, especially after the long flight the day before, but I guess this is a chance in a life time

I think it runs twice a week. It certainly wasn't daily. DH went on a Monday & I think the other day was a Thursday
