Anyone do their "Secret Santa" (White Elephant, Yankee Gifts, etc etc) at work, yet?

We did our Secret Santa today. I got a Snuggie!!!

A leopard snuggie, at that! (closest smiley I could find to a leopard! ha!)

I actually got chilly earlier, and decided to Snuggie it. They're rather warm! I like!

So, have you done it yet? What'd you get?

This is the first year I am doing a secret Santa with my friends. Our exchange is this Friday. I'm not sure who has me, but i got my person a DVD and a gift card.

No parties @ work for me. DH's party was last week, and we were surprised no one showed up with a Snuggie!

I'm using the As Seen on TV theme for out family's "steal-a-gift" exchange & wrapping a Perfect Brownie Pan and Sham Wows for out gifts! I doubt anyone has gone out & bought these for themselves!

DS had his last weekend and gave a sham-wow, he said it was pretty popular! He got a leftover tee shirt from an event they had. He was underwhelmed since he already had one from the event!

We had the 'steal a gift' exchange today at work. Price limit was $10.

I gave a gift tin of Hobgoblin Ale with glass, and ended up with a rechargable flashlight which has plug-in for house and car! It'll be added to the gifts for DH

There was no snuggi's or shamwows, the most common item was bottles of wine.

I got a christmas ordment from my boss. I get my gifts from my two best freinds tommrow and wont get my gift from corprate till the 28th (cause im off the 18-28th)

We did ours last Friday. I didn't participate. We exchange tree ornaments. I am so picky about my trees that I don't join in.

We're having our White Elephant this Friday. I can't wait. Its always so much fun and we're always roaring with laughter. I bought a $20 movie gift card for Regal/United Artists cinemas.

Last year I ended up with a bottle of booze (I don't drink) and my co-worker ended up with a box of Christmas ornaments (she's Jewish) so we traded. My sister, who also works in my office, got stuck with a horrible plastic owl nightlight. That thing made the rounds several times until she was the final unlucky recipient. Of course, I notice it plugged in in her bathroom every time I come over and giggle.

We had ours on Friday!! I GAVE an employee of mine a LEOPARD SNUGGIE!!! She LOOOOVVED it !!

We've always told her about the snuggie and she said she always wanted one but probably would not buy one. I got her a blue one on Black Friday and then she started hinting around about the leopard ones and how COOL they were! That's when I found out that not only did I buy her one but one of my other co workers had bought her one, too... a leopard one!

We traded and I gave it to her. She paraded around in it in the office all day!

My secret santa gave me a Walmart gift card!! AND a framed picture of Dean Cain... I'm a HAPPY woman!! Cheap after Christmas sales and Superman... I'm in heaven!!

DD is giving her friends a snuggie--one is getting a leopard print and one is getting a zebra print. I want one--I want the Slanket though-they are nicer and have better colors.

We did ours yesterday - only about ten people out of 85 participated but it was still fun

I had every intention of combining a suggestion here - scratch tickets - with a small container of Lucky Charms cereal. EVERY intention. But at the last minute, I just couldn't make myself give away the tickets

One person did give a Snuggie - and I got it! I swapped for a bottle of liquor (already have a Slanket), and the # 1 person was eying my bottle... talk about luck! The last gift opened happened to be an item ON her Christmas list, so she took that instead!

Our party is Monday, can't wait to see who has my name. The person whose name I drew just happens to be my best friend!!! I bought her a Harley Davidson gift card and this years Harley Christmas ornament.

Can't wait until Monday!!!
