Anyone dealt with holiday house universal tickets

trying to figure out my universal pre paid vouchers. We got the 14 day 3 park unlimited. We have to take the vouCher to the front gate ticket window...the date on my voucher says Oct. 30 to Nov 6. We get there the 29th and I would like to change our voucher for tickets on the 29th so we can do early park admission on the 30th. Anyone dealt with this.

Not with your specific question. In general it does not make sense that the you have a window of dates to use the voucher. If it is for a pre-paid ticket, and that ticket can be used at any time, why are you beholden to a date? I would play coy and be really nice to the ticket agent. They are pretty level headed and should be able to get your tickets in hand to start using right there on the 29th.

Otherwise, there are ticket windows open that early in the morning. I think you could still get in early entry.
