Anyone dealt with Global Resort Homes

Booked a house in Windsor Hills. All the original discussions etc were directly with the owner of the house. I was very comfortable with her. Once I paid the communication is now from the management company. Not having problems exactly but just found out that need to pick up keys from there office not the resort itself.....just one of a few things.

Probably not an issue at all just would feel more comfortable if I knew other people here had dealt with them.

I haven't used them, but I think it is pretty common to pick up keys at a management company office. We have had to do this for about half of our rentals.

We dealt with them a couple of years ago and they were fine, we needed to pick up keys,they would not give the keys out before 4 pm though, there were quite a few people waiting so get there early as the line became long, sayin that a lot of people now have electric key pads or lockbox's, then our telphone cut off so i contacted them and they sent the repair guy round with in a few hours, dont worry, you will be fine

We had to check in with them a while back when we rented in Windsor Palms. They're in a very convenient location in the Formosa Gardens shopping center - probably only 1-2 miles from Windsor Hills. We've rented from so many places and worked with so many different mgmt. companies, but I believe that we had our splash pool heat go out and contacted them about it. They had someone out the next day, and unfortunately, a part had gone out, so it couldn't be fixed during our stay, but they did respond and checked on it as quickly as possible. So, a good review from us!
