Anyone cruising FL resident rate and get free upgrade?

Last year we booked a three night fl resident rate cat 11 and were upgraded to a 9 - we booked directly with DCL.

Our first two cruises we were on florida rates and upgraded both times, from cat.6 to cat.5. The second time we were upgraded to a solid wall verandah (did'nt like that). Since Florida resident rates come out so late, I think the chances are better than not.

Yes, we did both times. This was back in '98 and '99, so quite awhile ago. Oh, I miss the Fla resident rates!
