Anyone cover Mickey ears?

So I am beyond jazzed about Glow with the Show coming to WDW but I could not be more over the pattern on the cap. I am thinking it shouldn't be too hard to cover them in something but since I will have to conjure this up in our while I am there I was hoping someone had some tips on what worked for them.
PS I do not sew so preferably something that involves hot glue, modge podge, fusible web, etc.
