Anyone compared??

Just wondering if anyone has compared the AP rates for resort and doing food and tickets the regular way with the Magic your Way packages??

We did a comparison for a trip in Aug for 2 adults. We already have AP's, so our quote only included a one-day base MYW ticket for each of us -- required to get the free dining. The package with free dining was $348 MORE than just taking our AP rate on our room. This difference also included a slight increase in our airfare to arrive on Aug 21st instead of Aug 20th (under $35). So basically $58/day for us to have the same room with free dining. Still a pretty good deal, but we decided not to do it because it's so hot in Aug that I've found I wouldn't necessarily eat both a CS and a TS meal each day. For us, it was probably about an even split cost wise to do it or not. If it were DH and I, we would have gone for it in a second 'cause he'd love to have all those wonderful things that the TS portions offer. Since it's just DSis and I, we didn't.
