Anyone checked in online yet?

I am leavine in 13 days and had not done a room request because I saw that i would be able to do it with the onlice check in. Just wondering if anyone had used it yet and how it worked out?

Won't you still need to go to the desk and get your room key, etc? So whats the point of checking in early online?

The way I understand it is that there is a special place to go to inside the lobby for online check ins. They will have someone there with all of your information ready for you. This line should be much faster & shorter than the other lines. I could be wrong though.

My thing is, I made a special request, and I don't believe that they can make any changes there if you are not happy with your room location. You would still have to go get into the other line.

I agree with the PP who asked why bother with online checkin? and I am wondering the same question, so I went ahead and gave it a try--we are arriving tomorrow. It does not allow for any special requests except for a pak n play or refrigerator, so we will see what happens with the previous requests I put in at time of booking...
