Anyone change their shuttters on their DSLR yet?

Anyone change their shuttters on their DSLR yet? If so, what model did you have serviced; what did it cost; and do you recall how many actuations you had when it finally failed?

I changed my D-rebel at about 28,000 for $185 plus $8 FedEX groud shipping one way. Now my 10D is acting up a bit with error 99 interrupts at 35,000 actuations.
