It is supper easy to change airline tickets with Southwest. I do it all the time for my step-daughters when they fly from Reno up to Seattle for their visits with their Dad. Never done it for Orlando, but I am sure it is the same. If you bought your tickets over the phone, just call the phone # for Southwest (not sure what it is) and just tell them what you want to do, i.e. change your departure flight to such and such day and if you even know the flight number you want, tell them that. You will only be charged more money if your new flight cost more than your old flight. They do NOT charge a "service fee" for changing the flight, like other airlines. That is one great thing about Southwest. One time I ended up changing a flight 3 times before my step-daughter went home and I think I only paid $10 total for all those changes.
If you bought your tickets online at Southwest, you can go to their website and change your tickets there. If you need to pay more money you can just put in you credit card # on the website. Go to
www.southwest.com, click on "Travel Center" then go to "Change Air Reservation". Put in you confirmation number and the name on the credit card used to buy the tickets and go from there. You will be able to see all the available flights for that day and how much they cost, so you can even choose a flight that costs the same amount or less.
I love this feature about Southwest because when I buy a ticket if something comes up, I can always change it and just pay the difference and not get dinged with a service fee. If the new flight is cheaper than the old they will even refund you the difference (this happened to me once).
Of course this is all dependent on whether there are any tickets available for the flight you want, but I have never had a problem. Any changes you make will still have the same confirmation number as the original tickets.
Have fun!!

Glad you can go a day early.
